A. Account & Profile Data: If you register a free account, we store your email address and authentication credentials securely encrypted via our authentication provider (Supabase Auth). We never share or sell your email address.

B. Link Information: When you shorten a link, we store the destination URL, generated short code, optional custom alias, link title, and creation timestamp.

C. Redirection Telemetry (Click Statistics): When a visitor clicks a shortened link, our serverless edge router processes minimal, privacy-friendly metadata to generate aggregated click charts for the link creator:

• Timestamp of the click event (UTC).
• Approximate country (derived at edge from CDN headers, without storing precise GPS or street address).
• Referrer domain (e.g. twitter.com, google.com).
• General device category (Mobile, Desktop, Tablet) and browser family.
• Classification of whether the request originated from a known social preview bot (e.g. Discord, Slack, Twitterbot).

Zero Persistent Cookies: We do NOT place tracking cookies or third-party advertising identifiers on the devices of visitors who click your shortened links.

3. How We Use Collected Data

The information we collect is strictly used for the following legitimate purposes:

• To route visitors swiftly to their intended destination URLs.
• To provide link owners with aggregated, anonymized click metrics.
• To detect and block abusive activities, such as phishing scams, malware distribution, and automated bots.
• To maintain the stability, performance, and security of our edge infrastructure.

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Processors

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only utilize trusted infrastructure sub-processors essential for hosting and operating the platform:

• Supabase: Encrypted database hosting and user authentication (Row-Level Security enforced).
• Upstash Redis: High-speed distributed caching and rate limiting to prevent denial-of-service attacks.
• Vercel / Cloudflare: Global CDN and edge compute infrastructure.

5. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA/CPRA)

Regardless of your jurisdiction, we extend full data transparency and control to all users:

• Right of Access & Portability: You can view all links and export your click statistics to CSV at any time from your account dashboard.
• Right to Deletion: You can delete individual links or delete your entire account. Deletion immediately triggers a cascading purge of all associated click events.
• Right to Rectification: You can update link destinations and titles anytime.
• Non-Discrimination: We will never penalize or charge you for exercising your privacy rights.

6. Data Security Safeguards

All traffic to and from https://tlink.bond is encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3 / SSL). API access keys are hashed with cryptographically secure SHA-256 before storage.
